Statement regarding the ownership of Flop Mobile Incorporated

After many discussions, we have come to a conclusion to the new owner of Flop Mobile Inc.

Previously, our mother company was Flop Club. It has been that way for almost a year. We have been purchased by Flop Club back in August.

However, unfortunately, after recent updates regarding ownership in Flop Club and a controversy regarding our founder, Coolwap, the Flop Mobile Inc team together with the founder, have come to a conclusion that we will now be an ‘independent’ company. Flop Mobile Inc will not be owned by Flop Club.

This does not mean that the service and quality of our network will have a noticeable change. We will strive to provide the best network and not degrade the quality of our network.

After many emergency meetings regarding Flop Mobile Inc, we have now become independent and will not have any parent company. We will still remain the Presenting Partner of Flopvision, the parent of AMC Albania and most importantly, we will still be the #1Network!
