We are proud to officially announce the full and successful completion of the unification between Eir and Flop Mobile. As of September 21, 17:30, every aspect of the transition has been finalized. Over 400,000 Eir customers have now been fully migrated to the Flop Mobile Grand Network, and all Eir infrastructure, including antennas and fiber lines, has been seamlessly integrated into our cutting-edge system.
This marks the end of a long, complex process and the beginning of a stronger, more reliable network for everyone in Floptropica.
How the Unification Was Accomplished: A Step-by-Step Recap
1. Antenna Upgrades and Reconfiguration:
The unification began on September 20, 22:00, with Flop Mobile teams arriving at every Eir antenna site across Floptropica. We reconfigured each antenna and integrated them into Flop Mobile's superior system. The upgrades improved signal strength, expanded coverage, and enhanced the reliability of 3G, 4G, and 5G networks. With this, every Eir antenna now operates under Flop Mobile's Grand Network.
2. Fiber Line Transition in Record Time:
Starting at 2 AM on September 21, our dedicated servers worked around the clock to transfer Eir’s fiber infrastructure. Thanks to a highly efficient setup, the entire process took just two hours, completing by 4 AM. All fiber lines now belong to Flop Mobile, delivering even faster internet speeds and enhanced stability to our growing customer base.
3. Customer Migration to the Flop Mobile Network:
The migration of Eir's 400,000 customers into the Flop Mobile system began immediately after the infrastructure was upgraded. We processed 500 customer migrations per minute, resulting in the full transition being completed by 17:30 on September 21. Every customer has been smoothly transferred to Flop Mobile’s database and now benefits from our superior services. This includes 7G+ connectivity, faster internet speeds, and unmatched reliability.
As part of this process, Eir customers have been moved to similar Flop Mobile plans, with the first two months free. For example, Eir Mega customers have been automatically transferred to Flop Horny Unlimited, but they also have the option to switch to other plans that better suit their needs.
4. Rebranding of Eir Stores:
In addition to the technical upgrades, we have successfully rebranded 100 Eir stores to Flop Mobile locations. These stores are now fully operational, offering the highest standard of customer support, new devices, and services under the Flop Mobile brand.
Why This Matters:
The decision to unify Eir with Flop Mobile was not taken lightly. Our goal was to provide Floptropica with the best possible telecommunications infrastructure, and this process ensures that all customers now enjoy a faster, more reliable network.
By integrating Eir’s infrastructure with Flop Mobile’s cutting-edge technology, we’ve not only modernized old systems but also prepared the network for future innovations, including 7G+ connectivity and further advancements in fiber technology. This unification ensures that every resident of Floptropica, whether a former Eir customer or long-standing Flop Mobile user, can now experience the best in telecommunications.
A Special Thanks to the Flop Mobile Team:
This massive undertaking could not have been accomplished without the tireless efforts of our Flop Mobile teams. From the engineers in the field working on antenna upgrades, to the teams who managed the rapid fiber line transition, to the customer service representatives welcoming new customers into our stores—each person played a crucial role. Your hard work and dedication made this unification possible.
To our customers, both new and old, we thank you for your patience and trust throughout this process. We’re excited for what the future holds as we continue to innovate and improve our services.
A Proud Tribute to Eir:
As we move forward, we want to take a moment to reflect on Eir’s legacy in Floptropica. For years, Eir played an essential role in connecting communities and businesses across the country. They were a pioneer in telecommunications, providing reliable service and helping shape the nation’s communication landscape.
While Eir is now officially defunct, its contribution will not be forgotten. Eir’s infrastructure and foundation have been the backbone of Floptropica’s communication network for years. Now, strengthened by Flop Mobile’s technology, that legacy will continue in a new, more advanced form. We honor Eir’s work, and we’re proud to build upon their success as we step into a brighter future.
